In Thessaloniki two young people with the vision of an alternative urban mobility, Pantelis Zarkos and Anna Chlioura, founded in 2015 a start-up bike company called “Elektronio” and created the “Play”, the first three-wheeled, electrically assisted, handmade specially designed bike.
